Methodology
• Firstly, we will have site visit to survey, identify and classify the columns to sort them in 2
1. Stage 1: Concrete strength is good but cracks have started appearing on the surface. Preventive
measures recommended to stop the progression of the column to Stage 2.
2. Stage 2: Concrete strength has reduced, and cracks have widened. Restrengthening
recommended as soon as possible.
3. Stage 3: Major cracks are observed with reduction in strength. Restrengthening recommended
immediately.
2. Stage 2 & 3 – Removing all loose concrete + Blow Clean and water clean + Application of bonding
agent + Rebaring of Reinforcement in top and bottom slab/column/beam + Addition of lateral
ties + Anchoring into columns at various intermediate locations + Shuttering + Pouring of high
grade free flow concrete with ultimate strength of more than M35 grade concrete.

to your site on 23-Jan-2021:

B. PRE-REQUISITE FROM CLIENT:
1. Site clearance, including removal of plumbing, drainage and lpg lines, adjoining walls and other
frames wherever applicable.

9. Surrounding flooring damage during execution to be redone by client, however utmost care will
be taken so that damage is minimized.
