SCOPE OF WORK FOR EZEPL:

Methodology

• Firstly, we will have site visit to survey, identify and classify the columns to sort them in 2

categories, based on visual inspection of damages:

1. Stage 1: Concrete strength is good but cracks have started appearing on the surface. Preventive
measures recommended to stop the progression of the column to Stage 2.

2. Stage 2: Concrete strength has reduced, and cracks have widened. Restrengthening
recommended as soon as possible.

3. Stage 3: Major cracks are observed with reduction in strength. Restrengthening recommended
immediately.

• Concrete strength shall be measured by NDT testing on identified columns.

• Strengthening will be carried out based on different categories:

1. Stage 1 – Cleaning and filling of cracks with approved chemicals.

2. Stage 2 & 3 – Removing all loose concrete + Blow Clean and water clean + Application of bonding
agent + Rebaring of Reinforcement in top and bottom slab/column/beam + Addition of lateral
ties + Anchoring into columns at various intermediate locations + Shuttering + Pouring of high
grade free flow concrete with ultimate strength of more than M35 grade concrete.

As a sample, refer below a prima-facie categorization of the columns based on our survey during visit
to your site on 23-Jan-2021:

B. PRE-REQUISITE FROM CLIENT:

1. Site clearance, including removal of plumbing, drainage and lpg lines, adjoining walls and other
frames wherever applicable.

2. Scaffolding material for work execution i.e. H frames and planks.

3. Temporary support material for columns during execution.

4. Low TDS water.

5. Workspace for material.

6. Place for workers accommodation.

7. Electric connection.

8. Washroom for workers during daytime.

9. Surrounding flooring damage during execution to be redone by client, however utmost care will
be taken so that damage is minimized.

C. ESTIMATED FEES:

Our fees shall be as follows:

upto 800 x 270 mm

Cost for additional work shall be finalized based on mutual discussion.

D. PAYMENT TERMS:

1. 25% advance along with work order.

2. 15% after NDT and columns categorized and gathering of site information.

3. 25% after receipt of material on site.

4. 35% after completion of work.
