    Agent

    Agent means related in mines” a person appointed or acting as a representative of mine owner in
    respect to the managment of mine or other part of thereof, as such superior to a manager under
    this act.

    Approproiate Government

    Approproiate Government means, in relation to nuclear substances, mineral oil, gas,liquids and
    substances decleard by fedral law to be dangerously inflamable, oilfield and gas field, the fedral
    government, in relation to other mines the provincial government.
