Training and workshop on Ansys AEDT Icepak

All electronic devices and circuits generate heat during normal operation. Engineering the
safe removal of this heat is critical to avoid failures and improve product reliability. In this course
we will learn use of AEDT Icepak to design and analyze the structures and mechanisms that
efficiently remove unwanted heat from the system. In addition to detailed model building and
simulation workflow we would also cover benefits of AEDT Icepak like handling complex CAD,
inclined PCBs & scripting capabilities to efficiently design the cooling systems with quick
turnaround time.
