    OCA CIRCULAR NO. 363-2022

    TO ALL LOWER COURT JUDGES

    SUBJECT 2022 PHILJA TRAINING NEEDS SURVEY

    The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) is undertaking a thorough


    review of its curricula, particularly the Judicial Career Enhancement Program
    (JCEP). As a preliminary activity, an online Training Needs Survey, which
    is intended to run from 27 December 2022 to 6 January 2023, will be
    conducted through the Philippine Judiciary 365 Microsoft Teams Channel.

    In line therewith, all lower court judges are DIRECTED to


    accomplish the said survey within the abovementioned period, through this
