    Sister/Father/Mother namely PYDI RAJEEV KUMAR S/o RAJA RAO
    Occupation is Software Engineer , presently residing at 144 thicketwood Drive,
    Scarborough M1J 2A3 , Ontario Canada executed a General Power of Attorney on
    Dated. 28-10-2021 and made Notary on the same date in my favor at CANADA to
    take loan at State Bank of India, Srikakulam branch. The GPA is submitting now
    for validation.

    Therefore I am requesting concerned authorities please consider my request as per


    norms.
