Task 7: Family Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan (40 points) rubrics
Rationale: During disasters, though one knows what to do, there will always be the point
of confusion especially if only one or no one in the family knows what should be properly
done. Proper coordination is a must and there must be a common thing in mind to do
during emergencies. Therefore, it is of prime importance to have already a clear, sound,
and unified DRRM plan for the whole family. Once available and disseminated to the
whole family, it will just be easily followed during emergencies.

Materials:

Encoding device (Laptop, PC, Tablet, etc.) for those who want to
have it encoded.

Specific Guidelines:
1. Plan with the present family members using the given matrix. In the
matrix, choose two for each thematic area. In addition, document (video or
picture with your family.
2. The remarks may not necessarily be filled in if not yet done during the
process of planning with family.
3. Be concrete, relevant, and concise in filling out the matrix.
4. Please refer to the given rubrics.

6. Please refer to Google classroom for submission date and time.
7. Always check Google classroom stream and classwork to keep yourself
updated with the deadline of tasks.
