Planning is the thinking skill that helps an individual develop strategies to accomplish goals. It
helps a child to think about how to complete a task before attempting to begin it.
Sticking to your goal means focusing on the particular work you want to complete.

 Why one suffers from loss of control of his/her life?

An individual feels a loss of control of his/her life because they do not manage their time
efficiently and fails to keep a balance between their personal and professional life.

 What is the role of the ‘urgent-important matrix’?

Urgent/Important Principle helps you quickly identify the activities that you should focus on,
as well as the ones you should ignore.

 Why we should stay away from long gossip and long tea/lunch breaks at
the office?

It ruins relationships, friendships, and projects large and small. It hurts people deeply, and it
can forge boundaries between people so intensely that there is no hope for repair. Gossip in
the workplace is a particular problem.
Taking long breaks in the workplace hampers your focus and does not allow to manage
time effectively.

When you know you’re working on a fixed schedule with tasks allocated to specific time slots in
the day, it’ll be easier for you to focus — because you’ll know you have personal deadlines to
meet for each task. As a result, you’ll delay work on said tasks much less.

especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity. It involves of various demands
upon a person relating to work, social life, family, hobbies, personal interests, and commitments
with the finite nature of time.
