OPDSS Pvt. Ltd Security was established in 1985. The company began as a traditional Security Services
Provider business with a focus on quality excellence, continual improvement and innovation.
The extensive skills, knowledge and experience we have gained over these years provides the solid
foundation for the work we do today providing quality security services for industrial, commercial,
government and residential departments’ customers in India.

OPDSS Pvt. Ltd Security is a privately owned Indian company. Strong management support and structure
allow us to focus on what we do best – consistently deliver excellent service solutions to the customer.

We operate across India and provide services to our contract customers throughout the country, even in

We operate from fully supported offices used for administration and delivering our services to your site
or premises. All of our offices are manned by qualified and experienced administrative and security
personnel. They are fully geared up to provide complete onsite service, giving you confidence that your
needs will be addressed quickly, professionally and to the highest standards.
We also provide 24hr emergency service available 365 days of the year.

Loan Requirement & utilization plans :

We need a loan amount of Rs. 3000.00 Lakhs, to repay the Tata Capital Loan ( 650 Lakhs Approx ), and
HDFC D.O.D ( 700 Lakhs Approx ) amounts and balance for Paying off GST and PF liabilities partially, and
to re-open our closed branches in other states.
Clearing GST liability partially and re-opening of our Branches will allow us to recover many long
outstanding Trade Debtors. This will enable us to clear the total liability of GST and PF departments.
