6    Sec 32 RW Sec 38 Rule 61 -----------Provide emergency staircase connecting all the floors
without obstruction for both buildings in Plot 2 and 3 and also canteen It shall be provided
immediately as the order is repeated from previous orders
7   Section 38 Rule 61 Ensure that each room in the factor premises where manufacturing
process is carried on or hazardous material is handled is having two doors
8        Section 38 and Rule 61: Failed to provide pressurized fire hydrant system with
sufficient storage of water fire pump and jockey pump inside the factory premises and
ensure that 7 Kg/cm2 pressure is maintained in the fire hydrant line.

sheller or rest room for the use of !he workers

women workers working in the faclory as more than 30 women workers are working.
15    Section 49 and Rule 76(8): . Appoint a qualified welfare officer in the factory tn
accordance with the provisions of Rule 76{8).

16    Section 45(4) and Rule 64: (i) Provide and maintain in the factory an ambulance room in
accordance with the provisions by Rule 64(1 )(2)(3}&(4 ).under the charge of a whole time
rnedlcal officer assisted by a!least one qualified nurse or dresser a cum a compounder. The
rnedlcal officer shall be readily available on call during the working hours of the factory. ·

(i1) The arnbutance room shall be ot atleast 24 Sq.Mt's floor area, wiih smooth hard and
impervious walls with good ventilation and shall be equipped with the articles as listed under
rule 64.(3).(iii) Provide in the premises and maintain in good condition a suitable conveyance
for the purpose of removing serious cases of accident. sickness.

18    Section 59 Rule 78 C: Produce overtime payment record of all the employees within a

Person in respect of buildings in plots 2 and 3
21    Sec 38 Rule 61 RW Sec 7A(2.): (Mockdrill) Organise evacuation drills for readiness in
emergency, Provide PA System/Alarm to warn employee in all the floors during Emergency

22    Section 87 and Rule 95: SCH XXIX : (LPG) Para 4 and 5: LPG shall be conveyed n a closed
circuit to prevent escape of the same and formation of flammable mixture of air and LPG
Para 6: Effective measures shall be taken to prevent sources or ignition like electrical
system. static charge .frtction etc Para 8: Provide appropriate and adequate means of
fighting !he fire in ihe premises.Provide LPG leakage detector and alarm to warn leakage of
LPG in usage area.

23    Sec 7A(2):Recheck and confirm availability of oxygen sensors with alarm in all the rooms
where Nitrogen connectinos are available. The alarms shall be regularly examined to ensure
their functioning.
