4 CARDS FIXING ON CC5

OVERVIEW :
∂ DLC and other cards can be fixed on CC5. (Card cage – 5)
Card guide need to be fixed to fix the cards.

WHERE TO FIX
∂ DLC Cards will be fixed on CC5 through card guides.

How to fix:

∂ Fix Card Guides on CC5 cabinet as shown as per installa-

tion sheet.

∂ Insert the upper card guide and secure with the captive
screws.

∂ Insert the lower card guide and secure with the captive
screws.

∂ Insert the DLC card or other card into the card guides
rightside up.

∂ Slide the card in until the card edge connectors contact

the receptacles on the motherboard.

∂ Verify that the DIN connectors of the card and the card-
cage are aligned properly.

∂ Place thumbs on the front panel adjacent to the captive

screws and gently apply even pressure on the card until
the connectors seat in the receptacles on themotherboard.

∂ Secure the card with the captive screws.

 CC5 SLOT NAMING.

∂ On top of CC5 card cage, we can see see empety labels.

∂ Assign name for each slot as 1F Loop, 2F loop, 3F Loop,

4F Loop, 5Loop etc. It means 1F loop will be terminated
in Slot 1.

∂ The same name can be written on DLC card, while

fixingthe DLCs.

There is no need to fix DLC’s in advance, till we terminate the

cables.
