I. INTRODUCTION

Bite budz store is a new startup business which is located in Punta Baja Rizal Palawan that is
scheduled to begin operations on February 15,2021. It is designed to provide a healthy food at an
affordable price and a perfect addition to any meal or to eat right on their own. Bonus: they’re meal-
prep friendly to stock up throughout the week as it does not spoil easily and we will assure you that I
will be devoted to consistently providing high customer value through producing tasteful, attractive
food and excellent service.

My product are seeking a fast and nutritious meal that Is perfectly fit from those consumers that has a
limited time for food preparation and from those people who are more health conscious nowadays.
My business will serve all its customers lower, middle and upper income specially our target market
which are the millennial customers and children by providing its products with cheaply prices and
rendering services that will put a smile on the faces. It will make no discriminations between its
consumers.

Our product mission and vision is to delight and nourish our customers with healthy, quality and
delicious food and excellent service at a reasonable price, to understand our customers changing
needs and constantly improve our customer experience ,I want to achieve our customers tongues
and taste buds as well as providing them good nutritious food that will help their body composition
and variety of food that surely enjoy. Together with my goals to provide a substantial income and to
create a business and working environment where both the consumers and employee are treated
with dignity.

I am pretty much aware that the startup failure rate is estimated to be high but I believe that by
addressing the issues that may occur and creating a financial and operational plans designed for
preempting risks, which ultimate be the base of our success. I am also aware that the current market
growth and domain of food purchase offers us a unique opportunity to start and develop out business.
By building our strategy to bring an impressive food base on customer preference that everyone will
love and having a dedicated team and a strength which will this business possess which is the ability
to change with the times whatever the situations calls for, we are open to a new door of improvement
to sustain the growing needs and wants of the market.

II. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

I have decided to began this business as a way to profit from my passion to provide a healthy and
affordable price of food. I’ve made this product as an alternative food from those people who
doesn’t like eating vegetables and consume other unhealthy foods so I add some healthier
ingredients that won’t grab that much attention because of its taste. I’m dedicated to providing
marketing and management consulting services and persistent on looking for opportunities to
increase my business potential success.

What makes my business stand out from crowd is that it provides a great customer satisfaction and
happiness with a likable and friendly approach and at an affordable and budget friendly price you
can eat the most delicious food with lots of nutrients that are beneficial to our body and our
product does not spoil easily because you can store it in your refrigerator and heated the next day
to eat again.

Due to this pandemic marketing via social media will be the key because with social distancing and
restricted movement, more consumers are now takes orders through online. To survive this crisis,
my business needs to maintain its customer base. Having an engaging presence on social media
platforms like Facebook helps me to connect and build relationships.

The store competes in a highly fragmented and competitive market. It has carefully combined a
variety of promotional strategies to gain as much market as possible By focusing on its strength ,
its key customers and the company’s underlying core values and goals Bite budz will increase it
sales within a year, while also improving our product by adding more ingredients and vegetables
because people are more health conscious now a day so that our product should be too. You
better understand the needs and concerns of your target customers because I believe that the
better you will understand your customer the more capable you will be creating a successful
product or service that matches their needs.

 Operations manager – The leader for the operation and has overall
responsibility for the financial success of the business. The operations manager
handles external relations with lenders , community leaders and vendors.
Frequently , this individuals also is in charge of either production or marketing
for the business . the person will set in motion the vision, strategic plan, and
goals of the business.

 Shipping and receiving person – this may not be a full-time position in a start-
up business. Someone , however , needs to be assigned the task of packaging ,
ordering transportation for delivery , receiving incoming material and
warehousing of finished goods and stock .

In workforce planning I hired some driver and assigned one person for packaging these
two people with the right skills in the right job help me ensure that all units work
together to ensure success.

The purpose of my product is to provide a healthy and nutritious food as an alternative


from those individuals who loves eating junk food and other unhealthy foods that they
consume. Also to promote healthy eating and living habits that will help you to stay
strong and prevent diet- related illness.

Promotes a benefits of healthy foods at an affordable price, product convenience and


making food easy to store in fridges/kitchens, as well as taking product with people as on
the go travel item.

I listed all the raw material / ingredients that are required to produce a finished product.
All the ingredients will be accessible and available in all supermarket.

Bite budz will focus on Punta Baja Rizal , and its near by areas. Some other eatery stores are already
stablish in Punta Baja but they are not providing the products that Bite budz will be providing. In Bite
budz any kind of person can be our target market but it will strongly focus on the priorities of children
and young/millennial people and as I have observe target customers are demanding for something
new, new for their taste and eyes, and I believe that our cheesy meat balls is one of the target
customer’s demand.

Currently, consumer behavior is more inclined towards health and wellness, safety, social impact and
experience in their food purchasing decisions along with the traditional values and convenience,
affordable price and taste. Moreover my product rise awareness for healthy food ingredients and will
strive to upgrade and innovate to drive business from picky consumers.

All the raw material supplies that we will be needed are accessible and achievable , since ingredients
for meatballs is available in all the supermarket and it is faster and easier to prepare in comparison to
other competitors, aside from this it is close to the areas wherein target markets come and go.

VII. PRODUCT AND SERVICES OFFERING


This healthy Cheesy meatball recipe is made with ground chicken breast which is the healthiest part
of the chicken that is a good source of vitamin B, vitamin D, calcium, iron, zinc, and trace amounts of
vitamin A and vitamin C. In comparison to most red meats, chicken contains two to three times more
polyunsaturated fat and monounsaturated fat—healthier fats than those found in red meat.

For vegetables, we decided to put Moringa oleifera or commonly known as malunggay, which
is rich in nutrients including vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin E, calcium, magnesium, riboflavin, iron,
and etc. It also have anti-cancer properties, can help you reduce weight, lower cholesterol and blood
pressure.

And lastly, the ingredient we use for persuasion, the cheese. Cheese also have many nutrients
since it is also from milk. It is a great source of calcium, fat, and protein. It also contains high amounts
of vitamins A and B-12, along with zinc, phosphorus, and riboflavin.

All in all my product is made of chicken breast with cheese inside as well as vegetables that won’t
grab that much of attention because of its taste and coated with bread crumbs. The Bite budz will
carry you a consistent quality products that will bring  satisfaction to customer at cheaply price. I’ve
have personally researched the ingredients and sampled the products that we offer to ensure the
quality we guarantee.

In addition with that we prepared food products that allow customers savor our specialty sauces and
meatballs at their home. I develop a core group of products that easy to prepare and package that
does not spoil easily.

An important component of my business is not just my products, but also about the service i will
render to our valuable customer . In addition to my full service and door to door delivery, we focus
exclusively on high-quality distribution and customer service and by these I feel that I can quickly
establish accounts and build strong relationships and earn customer loyalty.

VIII. SALES STRATEGY

Bite budz has carefully developed a marketing plan intended to keep the product in the hearts and
minds of our prospective customers enabling business to grow. I used social media platforms as a
sell strategy by creating a Facebook page which allow me to sell and promote the products I’m
selling. By using this platform allows people to find my business, and learn more about what i have to
offer. It's a place where I can interact with my customers and where people can reach out to chat and
ask questions and having a social media presence makes it possible to connect to buyers in a more
personal and authentic way.

Social media marketing allows me to showcase my business core values, earn loyalty from current
and potential customers, address some customer service complaints, aggregate reviews, stay top-
of-mind among followers and generally build your reputation in a positive way.
