1.) What is Physical Fitness - Physical fitness is state of health and well-being it is
one's capacity to execute day by day exercises with ideal execution, continuance, and
quality with the administration of illness, weakness, and stretch and decreased
stationary behavior.
2.) Define Physical Activity – Physical Activity is defined as any bodily movement
produced by skeletal muscle that result in energy expenditure.

Benefits of regular physical activity have a lower blood cholesterol level. lower the risk
of type 2 diabetes and some cancers. have lower blood pressure. have stronger bones,
muscles and joints and lower risk of developing osteoporosis.

lifestyle. Consider your budget, physical abilities and amount of free time.
