Florante at Laura

Flocel: On a faraway vast land, there’s a mystical forest outside the Kingdom of
Albanya. Florante, son of Duke Briseo and Princess Floresca, was knotted tightly
on a giant old tree in the middle of the dark forest. Sadness and emptiness crept
around the helpless Prince. The scary woods and uncanny sounds of wild animals
and creatures just didn’t help.

TJ: Innocent individuals have been victimized by those seeking power and money.
There's no doubt that Count Adolfo is behind all of this to steal the crown from
King Linceo and wealth from my father.

Faith: Here comes a kindhearted Persian Morong, Aladin. On his way to the
woods, he heard Florante’s scream trying to seek help because of Albania's left
with Adolfo

TJ: HELP!!! PLEASE HELP ALBANIA!!

Faith: The lions didn't attack him right away, they stared at him in awe while he
said his goodbyes to the world. Aladin was hesitant to help him but still helped
him. Aladin was on exile from his own kingdom because of his father’s cruelty. His
father, Ali-Adab, took his lovely fiancé away from him.

Trinity: After saving him, Florante told Aladin his true identity - a prince of
Albania. The two became good friends and they started to talk about their past
and what brought them there in the woods;

In Albania, Duke Briseo and King Linseo, father of Laura, gathered a meeting
about their defense against the troops of Persian General Osmalik.

Charles: Osmalik ruined the kingdom of Kotrona. Let's use Florante as our leader
to save Croton and defeat Osmalik.

Flocel: During their visit to King Linceus, Florante fell in love with a Princess
named Laura by seeing her beauty. Everytime he sees her, he always stutters as
he cannot comprehend the beauty of Laura.
The day before he set of to war, Florante saw Laura and he professed his love.

TJ: I love you, Laura.

Faith: Laura did not give him a straight answer, instead she cried and Florante
took this as a sign of Laura's reciprocation of his feelings.

Maica: Stay safe, Florante.

But alas Florante defeated Osmalik. He was able to save Croton from the hands of
the enemy with the help of Menandro and his troups.

Five months passed by, Florante went home and became weary what greeted
him. Their enemy, Morong, flag was waving high in the air.

TJ: Oh no.. what in the name of Albania is going on?!

Trinity: Florante and his troops hid on the outskirts at the foot of the mountain
to observe what is happening. He saw a woman tied and blindfolded who is about
to be beheaded. Florante and his troops rescued the girl who was Laura.

Flocel: He saved his kingdom including King Linseo, Duke Briseo and Adolfo. With
the victory of Florante, Adolfo's hatred and envy deepened and he planned to
take revenge against Florante.

After that triumph, another army headed by Miramolin tried to invade the
Kingdom of Albania. Fortunately, Florante has succeeded victory again. Florante
successfully won many battles which earned him the respect of thirteen kings.

Trinity: One day, while Florante was in the middle of a war, he received a letter.
He has been ordered to return immediately to Albania. Upon arriving, he was
surprised to be welcomed by 30,000 soldiers who abducted him.

TJ: What is going on here?!

Charles: What do you think, Florante? I now own the crown AND the kingdom.
MWAUAHAHAHAHHAHA
TJ: WHAT DID YOU DO TO THE KING!? MY FATHER!?

Charles: You'll be with them soon... up there.

Faith: Here he learned that Adolfo had ordered for his father, Duke Briseus, and
King Linceus to be beheaded. He also learned that Laura was engaged to Count
Adolfo.

Charles: And don't worry, your little princess is here safe in my arms.

Faith: Florante has been captive for 18 days. After that, Adolfo has condemned
him to be thrown away in the middle of forest to feed the wild beasts and lions.

Flocel: Learning about his dark fate, it was Aladin’s turn to tell Florante about his
life. Aladin left his father’s kingdom after his father took his fiancé, Flerida. He left
everything behind and went to Persia. When Florante has succeeded in claiming
back Albanya against Aladin’s troops, the king realized her son surrendered and
for him it was a big shame. Because of that, he executed an order to catch Aladin
and cut his head. But Aladin was thrown away from Persia and couldn’t come
back again ever.

While Aladin and Florante got to know each other, they became good friends.
They realized their own fate. In the middle of their chats, they heard voices of two
people in the woods. They followed it and found out they were Laura and Flerida.
Aladin then learned that Flerida escaped from the wicked hands of his father,
Sultan Ali-Adab by disguising to be a gerero who fell down until he reached the
woods.

Trinity: On the other hand, Florante realized that he was Laura’s one true love
although he admitted he thought the girl cheated on him so many times. Laura
never had affections to Adolfo which is why the lattter tried to enslave her and
ruin her, but Flerida saved Laura by speared the pitiless man. Menandro came
looking for Adolfo only finding him dead.

After all has settled back to normal, everything went back into place in the
kingdom and everyone was so happy. Everyone was celebrating in Albanya.
Faith: Florante and Laura married each other and celebrated their wedding. They
became the new king and queen of Albanya while Aladin and Flerida were
baptized as Christians before they wed, too. They returned back to Persia to start
a new happy life and became the new leaders of their kingdom.
