प्रस्ततु विस्तृत प्राक्कलन खण्ड विकास अधिकारी / ग्राम प्रधान / ग्राम विकास अधिकारी, विकास खण्ड - घोसी
के आदेशानसु ार तैयार किया गया है । उक्त कार्य मनरे गा / 15 वां राजवित्त योजना अंतर्गत प्रस्ताव तैयार किया गया है । उक्त
कार्य ग्राम पंचायत - मदीना के मौजा - स्थित है । उक्त विद्यालय परिसर को सरु क्षित करने
हेतु बाउंड्री वाल व गेट का निर्माण कराना अतिआवश्यक है ।उक्त कार्य पर एक सी आई बी डिस्प्ले बोर्ड व तीन स्टेज फोटो
लेने का प्रावधान है ।

उक्त बाउंड्री वाल कि कुल लम्बाई 230.00 मी0 है ।

प्रस्तावित बाउंड्री वाल का निर्माण =निम्न विवरण के अनसु ार किया जायेगा ।

1- प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि कार्य स्थल पर प्रस्तावित निर्माण कार्य में पर्वू में किसी भी विभाग द्वारा नहीं कराया गया है और इस कार्य के
लीये अन्य किसी योजना में न तो प्रस्ताव किया गया है और न ही पर्वू में इस कार्य की स्वीकृ ति प्राप्त कि गए है तथा प्राक्कलन में प्रस्ततु दर
विभागीय/ लोक निर्माण विभाग द्वारा निर्गत दों के अनरू
ु प में है ।

2- प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि आगणन में दरों का प्राविधान पि० डब्ल०ू डी० के शेड्यल
ृ के अनसु ार किया गया ।

यह कि उन मदों के लिए जिनका सार्वजनिक निर्माण विभाग में कोई शेड्यल ृ ऑफ़ रे ट नहीं है जिन दरों का प्राविधान किया गया है, वह

वर्त्तमान बाज़ार कि कम से कम सामग्री, मजदरू ों तथा ढुलाई कि दरों पर आधारित है ।

4- यह कि दरों का विश्ले षण पि० डब्ल०ू डी० मानक विश्ले षण के अनसु ार किया गया है।
5- यह कि विश्ले षण में जो दरू ी ली गए है वह मेरी जानकारी में सही है।
6- यह कि इस कार्य पर पिछले 5 वर्षों में कोई किसी योजनान्तर्गत नहीं किया गया है।
