FIXED TERM EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

entered into between

(hereinafter referred to as "the Employer")

and

(hereinafter referred to as “the Employee”)

The parties agree as follows:

(i) The Employee is employed as a Fixed Term Contract for the period from 1
June 2017 to 1 June 2018 for not more than 9 ordinary working hours per
day, which may be extended by 3 hours overtime, as determined by the
Employer.
(ii) Rate of pay: N$100 per day; this rate was changed to N$ 1500 per month
on request of the employee.
(iii) Overtime rate: As per Labour Act, E.g. Saturdays 1.5 x the hourly rate, i.e.
N$25 per hour
(iv) Meal interval: as taken by the choice of the employee
(v) Tasks: The Employee undertakes to perform the following tasks –

Employment relations: Each party will honour the obligations and commitments
applicable to an employment relationship between an Employer and an Employee.

THUS SIGNED AND AGREED at WINDHOEK on this 1 st day of June 2017 by the
Employer and the Employee, respectively; the latter confirming hereby that he/she
fully understands and accepts the contents of this Employment Agreement.
