- Any physical activity that make you sweat. Cause you to breathe harder and gets your heart
faster than at rest

2. Why is aerobic exercise specifically more beneficial to us than the normal exercise? Justify your
answer.

-because aerobic exercise reduces the risk of many conditions

3. How can aerobic exercises help us to strengthen our heart and lungs or improve the utilization of

- Because Aerobic exercise is cardiovascular exercise, or cardio, that gets your heart pumping.
During aerobic exercise, your blood pumps quickly throughout your body and your lungs take in
more oxygen
