As we go along this program, let us focus on the message to be
given by the Executive Director of RISE Against Hunger
Philippines, Mr. Jomar Fleras.
INTRO- In every endeavor of SDO Muntinlupa City, there is
always this purpose-driven man who is ahead of the curve in
educational leadership, administration, and management.
A lauded awardee of the 13th United Nation Global Educator,
hailed as the 2018 Outstanding Schools Division
Superintendent in the National Capital Region, accorded the
2020 NCR Outsanding SCOUT Commissioner, and recently
awarded as top Honoree of 2021 Amb. Antonio L. Cabangon-
Chua- Gintong Parangal sa Pamumuno.
He is the brain behind the Muntinlupa SMART School
Program, our Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Dominico
C. Idanan, CESO V
We also have here a person who focuses on issues concerning
national defense, public order, health, environment and
education as well as matters that would improve the plight of
our people. THE INCUMBENT REPRESENTATIVE OF
