required subject.

Structure: Introduction (1st paragraph)- short abstract about the theme (four

Theme - Job Market

In my opinion, nowadays job market is more demanding and very different from
the typical job «for life» that we are used to know. In fact, it has changed a lot, big
companies value certain skills that aren´t always in C. Vitae, for example:
resilience, self confidence, self esteem and multi tasking. Therefore, people has to
adapt to this new reality. (Introduction)
Employees search dynamic people to accept an intermittent job, which can be very
difficult because economic instability can be very hard, mainly who has children. Besides
that, another feature required by big companies is schedule flexibility. However, this can
be an issue depending on people´s family context. Finally, employees search people with
certain soft skills, mainly self esteem and multi tasking because a confident person who
believes in herself makes a bigger effort and reaches the company goals faster. That´s why
these skills are important and nowadays are more recognized. (development).
To sum up, nowadays job market is very demanding and who is looking for a job for life
that´s not going to happen because everything is changing very fast and people have to
adapt themselves to this new reality. So, flexibility and open mind are essential to find a
XXI century job.
