PROJECT : DEVELOPMENT OF A GREEN BUNGALOW

INCLUDING INFRA AND LANDSCAPE WORKS

elevations and sections)

3.M&E drawings-for mechanical and electrical works (plan layout,

elevations and sections)

4.Landscape drawings-for soft and hard landscape works (plan

layout, elevations and sections)

5.Specification related to the project

6.A complete set of Tender Proposal for Design and Build project

7.A3D model of the project using Revit and Lumion (for final
presentation)

The projects should consider renewable energy methods, and

sustainability factors (environment, social, including green technology
economics).

The project to be constructed and completed by G7 Contractor.

3.0 INSTRUCTION FOR PREPARING THE GROUP ASSIGNMENT
Number of students per group = 8@9 students per group/Mixed
Races (same section)

Creativity
and additional information in preparing the assignment will
get bonus marks.

Date of Submission: Week 13, Thursday not later than 11.00pm.

Submission of a complete documentation and 3D Model must be sent

electronically. No consideration for any late submissions. No marks will
be given for late submission.

Presentation will be scheduled on Week 13 (TBA)

4.0 MARKING FORMAT
Document (Tender Document) : 40 marks

Design Document and 3D Model (Architecture, C&S, M&E): 40 marks

Presentation (Group): 20 marks

Total : 100 marks
