Because of your oath, | am formally asking you as the Attorney General of South Cerolina to review the ations ofthe South Carolina Republican Party, Bob Jones University, Se Superintendent of Education Ellen Weaver, and the Southern Assocation of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges. ‘pectically, these organizations conspired to commit fraud and circumvent South Carolina lew. ‘The conspiracy to commit fraud is evidenced by the certification of a candidate not legally {qualified to hold office under South Carolina Law and the creation ofa masters program not offered to any other individual, thus completing the conspiracy to circunwent state law. The probability that an incvidual can comply with South Caralne law by enroling, satisfying the requirements and receiving a post-baccalaureate degree in as few as eight months is {questionable at best.
