Congress of the Confederation

Protecting our government and the power it bears,

Unifying our nation by talking out both points of view Anti Federalists and Federalists,
Finding solutions for the constitution and Bill of Rights creation in 1787,
Achieving an economic balance in favor of the government;

1. Slavery Taxes:
a. We suggest that people who do not comply with the delivery of the necessary
documents for this slave to be "free" will not only be taxed because they have
a slave,
b. But also for not granting them the documents that they should have to show
themselves as slaves, a "decent" person,
The taxes collected through these cases will be kept (wealth harvesting)
to give the government more power,

2. Laws: Guarantees for the people, Having said this, we introduce the CONVALESCAT law,
We are concerned about the possibility that only rights set on this list will be retained and the others
will not,
a. Though we relate to the people and understand their situation, we have the idea that most of
these rights, if not well regulated, will only bring more problems,
b. If we let the government take it upon them to protect everyone, the rights of bills will not be
needed because of everything stated;
I. Create a law to protect our lands from invaders and equal rights for all Americans
regardless of their race, gender, or social status,
a. A long-term solution,
b. House of Representatives of all the states will work together;
II. We consider it convenient to create "Regional Committees for Transparency and
Citizen Surveillance",
a. Will contribute dynamically to political control and management,
b. To access information for citizens on the actions of the central government. and the
other states independently;
3. Education: This is a way to achieve an education that can be the base of an fain and developing
society
a. Create schools when all citizens of a state can learn,
b. Give all the citizens the opportunity to learn and get more knowledge,
c. Make people learn how make a their city a better place;
4. Mixed Government: Stop the discussions that appear between federalists and anti-federalists,
a. The Peaceful Government Plan can be launched in order to stop the discussions,
b. Seek to put into practice the most important ideals of each of the ideologies while keeping
peace in between,
c. Create a mixed government in which both federalist and anti-federalist proposals are
addressed,
d. Not having an enmity with the opposite bloc this benefits the country,
e. Reach a beneficial agreement for the country in which the best federalist and anti-federalist
ideas are taken into account,
f. We can delegate aspects of government to the Anti-Federalists to have more diversity and
have a more united state,

5. Amendments: State Amendments: This will allow the country to have a central government, and to
not have an excess of power,
a. It will work giving each state the possibility of creating amendments (in the limits it
will be given) of laws to apply in their own states,
b. This must be done without changing the principals laws for maintaining stability of
government and of the nation,
c. These State Laws will be reviewed by the central government before being approved
and applied, so the national stability can be maintained, This way it will not affect the
economy and business of citizens,

A. In order to avoid tyranny and to keep balance between both people and government, we will
create some amendments that will guarantee the following rights to the citizens of this
country:

a. The freedom of speech and religion would be guaranteed, since it is our right
given by God to be free,
b. The right of the people to keep and bear arms, in order to assist our military
in case of being invaded, or to rise up if our government becomes tyrannical.
c. The Federal Government can only have those powers delegated in the
Constitution, If it is not listed, it belongs to the states or the people;

F. Supports: The current articles of our constitution will be reinforced by new articles introduced in
the future, that would guarantee the enforcements of the previous ones.
