4 DOE-Providence was the initiating catalyst. Joinder also seeks to avoid inconsistent judgements
5
from the same injury. Plaintiff seeks Joinder by Court Order pursuant to RULE 19(1)(2). Joinder by
6
Court Order: If a person has not been joined as required, the court must order that the person be
7
made a party. A person who refuses to join as a plaintiff may be made either a defendant or, in a
8

17 The Oxford (or serial) is a comma between the second-to-last item and the final item in a list.
Above is the first item used in Pierce County Superior Court to remove No. 20-2-07852-8
18 that became WAWD 3:20-cv-06112-BHS – docket 1 p.2. (See attached, and Dkt. #49).

19
In the case of the missing ten-million Oxford comma, See O’Connor v. Oakhurst Dairy, 851
20

21 F.3d 69, (1st Cir. 2017) (Case No. 16-1901). In 2017, U.S. Court of Appeals (1st Cir.) reversed this

22 decision, hearing the comma case. In 2018, a judge ruled in favor of the plaintiff, awarding them

23 five-million in unpaid overtime compensation for the comma. Plaintiff believes the comma rule case
24
applies to DOE-1 PROVIDENCE being joined in this Federal Court to 2:21-cv-01276-RAJ.
