Dedicated also to Independence Day of my wonderful and richest with

natural resources Georgia, with which, according to significant Western
scientific sources, even American and European Civilizations are Connected.
Georgia should be a good bridge of the West and the East.

The present scientific work as e-book (Research Proposals based on many works and calculations)
of Revaz Lordkipanidze is prepared for students and wider readers, also providing some help to
interested professionals and improvement of the international economic climate. The work is
continuations of the researches under Blessing of the Archimandrite Saba (Ghvtiso Shalikashvili)
from Saint Church Qashveti.
According to specialization priorities (Economics, World Economy, International Economic
Relations), Doctor of Economics Revaz Lordkianidze has successfully completed the course of
Harvard University about US government reforms and continues research by courses of the Georgian
Technical University.
The author discovered some errors in the classical theory of economic competition and
developed the mathematical formulation of the European Union to stimulate effective structural
shifts in the World economy. He proposes the creation of a World Economic Zone in order to
minimize poverty and hidden unscrupulous monopolies. Revaz Lordkipanidze opposes pygmalionism
and conformism of the most dangerous for humanity scientific directions of monkey origin of a
human and gene modification.

 Briefly to Introduction

In the future, for the interested and busy reader, I will publish a series of
my research proposals very briefly, but these proposals will be substantiated by
many works and multi-factorial calculations.

As You remembrance 1 , recently I published a work “Some Errors of

Classical Theory on Economic Competition from Smith to Nash, New American
Records and my Visions for Development of European Union Formulation and
Better Human Life”, also “The New Economist” article2 “About Economically
Reasoned Policy”. As well, I came up with 5-factor tech model of productivity
(at the deep level of enterprises, that can be used in combination with the
DuPont 3-factor model) and the new developing of European Union economic
formulation as I discovered some errors in the classical theory of economic

competition. I propose also the creation of a World Economic Zone in order to

minimize poverty and hidden monopolies. To all this, I oppose pygmalionism
and conformism of the most dangerous for humanity scientific directions of
monkey origin of a human and gene modification.

 Research Proposal Essence and Conclusions

With use the successful current American experience in nowadays record

growth of GDP and after studying the innovative views of our wisest colleagues
[1-55], we continue to develop our latest approaches. Now I will write about
“My Membership in New York Academy of Political Science (The APS) and
Scientific-Research Proposal for this Keenly Needful for Public Progress
Innovative Center”.

I want to highlight several priorities for the dedication of the issues of this
work:

1) With sincere respect and joy, I should note that in the beginning of the 90s, I
studied in the doctoral studies at the Institute of Economics of the USSR
Academy of Sciences, I really liked the peacemaking initiatives of the New
York Academy of Political Sciences and among my colleagues was the first to
become a member of this innovation research center.

2) As we know, after World War II, “in 1946, then-Secretary of State George C.
Marshall delivered a major dinner speech, also widely covered by the press, in

favor of the Marshall Plan of aid to Western Europe”3 and it was especially
significant to me.

3) The Academy publishes a very solid quarterly journal, where the truth is
published the most interesting political reviews and I donated these journals to
the Library of the Institute of American Studies at Tbilisi State University.

4) I appeal to young politicians and see, that some "politicians" seem, that
politics is strictness, strength, or simply beautiful chatter. Politics is first and

foremost a unique leadership talent, patience, all-round wisdom and

professionalism. Let us, if possible, be friends to this experienced center, which
will help You acquire such skills for the most difficult and needful innovative
Human actions.
