While assigned to the Electric Forest Festival in Rothbury, Tpr Austin and I were dispatched to a reported
sexual assault complaint at the main medical tent. We contacted the victim, , inside the medical
tent. l was positively identified by her Texas identification card. appeared to be under the
influence of a controlled substance, and proceeded to provide a lengthy statement about the troubles she was
having with her boyfriend at the festival. During this statement she mentioned how she believed she was raped
by her boyfriend several days earlier in Chicago, before traveling to Michigan for the festival.
This report will be turned over to the Illinois State Police in the Cook County sector for further.

Tpr Austin and I responded to the main medical tent on Water St at the Electric Forest Festival. We were
informed by medical staff on scene that a female, later identified as disclosed a sexual assault
that occurred to her. Medical staff also informed us that she was picked up at the campgrounds near the
