a. One coat alkali resistant water base cement primer, (Premium coatings and chemicals Pvt. Ltd)
b. Application of aquatech waterproof putty (Dulux brand)
c. Application of water base primer
d. Application of aqua coat high performance Satin Finish Enamel -2 coats (it is an ecofriendly odor
free luxury satin enamel with fade proof, antifungal/anti alga, antibacterial, easy removal of hard
stains it gives elegant finish to your walls

b. Application of aqua tech waterproof putty (Dulux brand)
c. Application of water base primer
d. Application of aqua coat maestro Emulsion (Superior grade acrylic emulsion gives exceptional
protection against adverse weather conditions and U V, it also easy clean and imparts rich finish to
walls.

Terrace Area:

1. Application of cool Mastic PUD. It is a One component hi-build PU- hybrid flexible roof coating.
The dry membrane is water tight seamless tough flexible and weather resistant, it reflects sun-light,
UV and IR Rays and prevent the roofing material from getting heated up even in peak summer
afternoons it also covers airline cracks.
Other wall areas 1 coat water base cement primer and two coats of Supreme Exterior Emulsion.

Lift Area…. 1 coat of cement primer and two coats of Interior emulsion.
C ...Chanel…. 1 coat of Spl. Epoxy Zinc Phosphate Primer grey and 2 coat of PU finish (Before
painting surface to be cleaned)
I section Beams. Application of HP Epoxy Zinc Phosphate Primer grey and two coats of PU finish. It
is a heavy duty coating for long life
For GI Sheet near steps. application of Itch primer and one coat of epoxy z/p Primer followed by 2
coats of PU finish.
Door and windows (Old and new wood) 1 coat of water base primer and 2 coats satin finish enamel.

2. Cellar. Parking area. 1.coat of cement primer and 2 coats of Interior Emulsion.
And floor area… application of 2 coats aqua Floor coating.
