HORSERIDING:expensive but amazing

There are two essential elements to keep our bodies fit: the alimentation and
sport. Regarding to alimentation, it needs to be balanced, full of vitamins and dietary
fiber. Sometimes we can eat junk food, but it has to be just an exception. The second
important element for keeping fit is to do sports. The sport has a double-role: it helps
as to discipline ourselves, and also burn our food calories. There are many ways of
doing sports, for example: jogging, fitness, mountain biking or rock climbing.

Regarding to me, I choose to do horseriding. Even if at the beginning it


seemed to me a common sport, after a few lessons, I began to love it. I started to do
horseriding an year ago, at the my best’s friend proposal. At first, I was scared, but
after a few lessons I realised that is a complex sport,where the physical effort is
mixed with tactics methods and all together with relationship of the animal.

Even though it is an expensive sport, it deserves a try because it makes you


more confident. The main rules to ride a horse are to learn how to communicate with
the horse and to find a way to impose yourself in front of it. There are many ways to
ride a horse: trotting, galloping and jumping over the obstacles. For all these kinds of
horseriding must be a different move, this means you have a good mobility and a
physical effort of the body.

Although it is an expensive sport, I strongly recommend it to anyone who


loves horses,who loves being outdoors and keeping fit. However, if you don’t want
to horseride in competitions, you can just do it for fun, to enjoy all the activites in
nature and to spend time and take care of your horse.
