Hereby undertake to:

1- Abide by submitting the ( ) hall as received before the event.

2- In case of causing any damage to the hall of its contents by the staff of the
Second Party or the attendees of the event, the Second Party (Contractor)
shall bear the cost of repairing such damages pursuant to the rules and
regulations of the Centre.

3- In case of causing any damage to the loading area of the hall during dropping
or collecting the items used in the event, the Second Party (Contractor) shall
bear the cost of repairing such damages pursuant to the rules and
regulations of the Centre.

Therefore, the Second Party is fully liable for the above and for any subsequent
liabilities toward the First Party (Al Diwan Al Amiri).
