obtaining the required CED approvals.
6. The contractor shall locate proper space for the necessary site lab in an appropriate and
accessible location.
7. Consultant/Contractor shall be responsible for any damages to any existing services during
the construction activities.
8. Fencing and site facilities shall be located within the plot limits. No construction activities or
storing materials are permitted outside the plot limits.
9. Trakhees demarcation certificate for (Building/Infrastructure/Marine works) to be obtained
prior to any construction activity. Consultant/Contractor can refer Client Procedure (CED-CP-
025 Planning-Demarcation) on Trakhees CED website for related information.
10. Upon establishing the site facilities and obtaining Building Permit from Civil Engineering
Department-Trakhees, Certificate of Conformity COC1 shall be obtained from Trakhees EHS
Division prior to starting any construction activities. Subsequent Certificate of Conformities
shall be applied and obtained as per Trakhees EHS procedures. The relevant procedure with
application forms for submission of COC application to EHS are available on Trakhees - EHS

11. BU reserves the right to instruct the consultant/contractor to clear the service corridor at a
short notice.
12. All project signboards shall be located within the Plot boundaries.
13. The contractor shall maintain all signboards in clear/clean conditions during the
construction period. Continuous power supply to the illuminated signboards shall be
provided.
14. Each floor of buildings greater than 3 stories shall be numbered with characters no less
than 800 mm high.
15. The deposit could be refunded upon completion of project, obtaining Building Completion
Certificate and complete clearance of site from all temporary facilities.
Expiry procedures:
1. This NOC is valid for 6 Months from the issuance date.
2. If the permitted mobilization activities doesn’t commence within Six months from this NOC
issuance date; then the Revalidation of Mobilization and Signboard NOC is required and can
be carried out up to three times for a period of 6 months each.
3. Revalidation/suspension/cancelation for the mobilization NOC shall be submitted if the
related building permit/NOCs construction works are not commenced within 6 months from
the mobilization NOC issuance date.
