questions:

1. In your opinion, how do cultural norms affect a company or an organization?

Cultural factors have a significant impact on business. Culture has an impact on how employees
are managed based on their skills and requirements. It has an impact on the practical areas of
marketing, sales, and appropriation as well. It has the potential to influence a company's
research and decision about how to best enter a new market. Cultural factors have a significant
impact on non-business activities. Based on their values and priorities, culture influences how
employees are best managed. Marketing, sales, and distribution are also affected. It can have an
impact on a company's market analysis and decision.

2. What are the eight (8) cultural styles presented in the video?

3. Why do different industries differ in terms of cultural styles prevalent in their field?

Organizations have various cultures, and their employees are typically motivated by various
factors. Copying another company's culture won't work unless both firms are solving the same
challenges, have the same values framework, and have the same workforce demographics. Every
company should discover its own unique cultural DNA. The different ideas, attitudes, languages,
customs, and expressions that are regarded distinctive to individuals of a given ethnicity, race, or
national origin are known as cultural distinctions. While these differences might help to create a
livelier workplace, they can also lead to a slew of issues as a result of a culture clash.

4. What is the importance of adaptation or flexibility in these types of vultures existing in the work
sector nowadays?

Adaptability is vital in the job for a variety of reasons. Employers respect people who can
successfully handle change in the workplace, for example. Furthermore, the more adaptive you
are, the more productive you will be in the long run. This is significant because being able to deal
with change effectively frees up time that would otherwise be spent feeling worried when faced
with a new problem. Being adaptive is also beneficial since it demonstrates your
