 RF Optimization of 2G & 4G networks to troubleshoot and improve KPIs. 

 Analyzing traffic trends & Network performance.
 KPI monitoring, Worst cells analysis and make action plan for improvement.
 Analysis of different type of drops such as LTE & VOLTE Drop, TCH DROP & SDCCH DROP
 Neighbors’ list optimization by adding potential & removing unnecessary neighbor basis of NCS
& MRR Results for Ericsson site.
 Analyze the faults and resolve interworking issues between different technology like 4G Call
Drop, 2G Call Drop, TCH Blocking, SD Blocking, Low Throughput issues.
  Good understanding for GSM/LTE KPI optimization and Improvement, need understand
Parameter and KPI Formula.
 Analysis of neighbor relations and implementation of corrections.
 Hands on work experience in new on air & SRAN swap Site Neighbor’s Addition/Deletion
 Root cause analysis of any kind of KPI degradation in the network.

Job Responsibilities:

 Daily monitoring of 4G KPIs. Major KPIs including – RRC SSR, E-RAB SSR, S1 Signaling Conn. SSR
Daily monitoring of 2G KPIs. Major Knowledge of Mobility & LTE architecture and LTE/VOLTE
Inter-working including CSFB/SRVCC etc.
 Daily monitoring of 2G KPIs. Major KPIs including - TCH Drop, TCH Blocking, SD Drop, SD
Blocking & others.
 Drop & Blocking relative KPI Monitoring & troubleshooting on daily basis in 2G.
 Sector Shooting & Splitting for traffic sharing.
 Make CR for TRX addition/Deletion in cell according to traffic KPI.
 Make CR for new on air & SRAN swap Site Neighbor’s Addition/Deletion.
 Make CR for parameter changes as per requirement on daily basis.
 Intra-frequency Neighbor planning using MapInfo tool.
 Neighbor tuning by changing BCCH frequencies.
 Trouble shooting and resolving issues like call drop and handover.
 Data analysis from the drive test log files, making the necessary changes to improve the network
quality.
 Analyzing drive test results on software tool for the RF optimization/improvement of the
network (RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, CQI, RSCP, Ec/No, Rx level & Rx Quality)
 TCH Blocking, SD blocking & TNL Failure KPI analysis.
