After some time,

the now fully grown bee will now try to flap its wings and take its first flight.
Its first job will be different depending on their type of bee. The male also
known as the drone bee will wait to find an opportunity to mate with the queen so
that she can lay her eggs.
The female bees known as the worker bees will do all of the necessary work to keep
the colony sustainable by feeding the bee eggs,
collecting pollen and nectar and so on.
