Hello, my name is Mario. I am from Manica. I am 35 years old. I am doing my first year at UCM,
distance education.

Let me tell you about my family. My grandfather’s name is Mahoco. He lives in Manica with my
grandmother Graça. My father’s name is Pedro and he comes from Manica. My mother is Monica, she
comes from Beira. My father is a driver and my mother is a nurse. I have got three brothers and two
sisters-Tom, Mauro,Stivan,Zainabo and Zaida. My elder brother Tom is married and lives in Harare,
Zimbabwe. He is a pilot and works for the Zimbabwean Airlines. His wife is my sister-in-law Farai. They
have two children-Themba and Laura. They are my nephews.

My sister Zainabo is a doctor. She lives and works in Maputo. She is married and has two children-
naison and Odete. Her husband’s name is Edson. My sister Zaida is still studying.
