We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 56th [3] Signal Processing
conference ICEST! [4] Digital Image Processing
[5] Computer Systems and Internet Technologies
The ICEST Conference is successor of a series of conferences [6] Informatics and Computer Science
started in 1963 at the Technical University of Sofia (TU- [7] Electronics
[8] Energy Systems and Efficiency
Sofia), Bulgaria, under the name “Day of the Radio”. In 1977
[9] Control Systems
the name of the Conference was changed into
[10] Measurement Science and Technology
“Communication, Electronic and Computer Systems”. Since [11] Remote Ecological Monitoring
2000 it has become an International conference organized [12] Engineering Education
jointly by The Faculty of Telecommunications at TU-Sofia
and the Faculty of Technical Sciences at the University St.
Kliment Ohridski, Bitola, North Macedonia. Later on, the PAPER PREPARATION
Faculty of Electronic Engineering at the University of Niš,
Serbia, joined in organizing the conference. Original, previously unpublished papers with scientific and
technical contributions are expected.
We wish you all success and seeing you in Sozopol in June The maximal length of the regular (short) papers is 4 pages,
2021! Co-organizers: and 10 pages for invited papers. An even number of pages is
recommended.

Papers will be reviewed by at least two reviewers.
