Contingency Plan
Back up actors:
Firstly I will have back up actors just in case an actor isn’t available. My main
concern is if my lead character (who lives in Uxbridge) won’t be able to make it to
filming. The distance could be an issue so I will cast William Hattey as my back up
actor. Will has previously played ‘Max’ in my first-year production Dear Valentina.
He is reliable and also lives close to Maidenhead so I could with him at mine as a
compromise if it doesn’t go to plan. Furthermore, Oliver Jukes’s who plays ‘the
manager’ could call in sick on the day of filming (30th) and I would have to have an
actor replace him who’s present in college that day. Ethan Malha will be my back up
actor, he is very reliable and he has been in my FMP ‘Killing Savannah’ and my
BeCreative film ‘Grandmaster Shine’. I feel he has what it takes to play the manager
as he has high energy levels and has an upbeat persona to every character he plays 

Footage being too short:

As I haven’t produced a music video before it is important that the scenes are cut to
the beat. On my storyboards I have the seconds of each shot written out, I will refer
back to this when filming to ensure I don’t have the problem of the shot being too
long or short. In some cases, I feel it would be appropriate to slow the speed for the
guitar sequence scenes, as it would create a dramatic effect.  When filming scenes 2
and 4 however, it is vital that every moment is correctly timed to the beat. This is
because the manager will have text on the screen of which I would input at certain
points during the verse.
