correspondence refers to correspondence between the individuals, departments, sections and branches of the same organization. It can be either formal or informall but generally this type of business correspondence is writen informally and email is used to send it. We can give lots of examples about this issue such as; meeting information sent to the relevant departmants of a company, the permissions needed to be gotten; we are running a family business which have production line in it and when the maintanence time of the machines come the maintanence crew get permisson from the manegement to stop production with using generally email.
Sales correspondence; It refers to correspondence relating to sales. They
are sales letters, sales reports, invoices, offer and discount letters, statement of accounts, confirmation of order, collection letters, delivery letters, debit and credit notes letters and the like.
Again i am going to give an example from my company and what i am
doing in it. We are trading internationally and making contracts with the companies all over the world. Either us or the the company which is willing to work with us sends to email to the other part including the their offer. For instance i send emails to different companies, in this email we make an offerring them. 700 m2 7000 lari, or 3500 m2 6300 lari... etc.
