Practical uses of business correspondence.

Internal correspondence; Internal

correspondence refers to correspondence
between the individuals, departments, sections and branches of the same
organization. It can be either formal or informall but generally this type
of business correspondence is writen informally and email is used to send
it.
We can give lots of examples about this issue such as; meeting
information sent to the relevant departmants of a company, the
permissions needed to be gotten; we are running a family business which
have production line in it and when the maintanence time of the
machines come the maintanence crew get permisson from the
manegement to stop production with using generally email.

Sales correspondence; It refers to correspondence relating to sales. They

are sales letters, sales reports, invoices, offer and discount letters,
statement of accounts, confirmation of order, collection letters, delivery
letters, debit and credit notes letters and the like.

Again i am going to give an example from my company and what i am

doing in it. We are trading internationally and making contracts with the
companies all over the world. Either us or the the company which is
willing to work with us sends to email to the other part including the
their offer. For instance i send emails to different companies, in this
email we make an offerring them. 700 m2 7000 lari, or 3500 m2 6300
lari... etc.
