BS06 On the Job Activity

1. In consultation with your Supervisor/Coach determine a topic /subject/issue/information that

you need to communicate to a small group within ANPM.
2. Upon getting confirmation on a topic, then prepare a Session Plan (please refer to sample
provided).
3. Using the checklist provided, carry out the 7 steps in the process. Make sure you keep all
your planning notes, emails, records of discussions, feedback etc as evidence of carrying
out these steps.
4. When you carry out the communicating event, ask your Supervisor/Coach to observe,
evaluate and record your performance. If possible, video record.

When planning your communication event,

keep in mind that most people remember:
