鼓励教师报读“UPSI DPLI 教专课程”

董总今年携手新纪元大学学院，与 UPSI 大学合作开办 DPLI 教专课程(Diploma Pendidikan

Lepasan Ijazah)，致力提升华文独中教师教育专业与教学品质，培育在职教师具有教育专业资
历。

2. 此教专课程，学员须修读 11 门必修课程 36 学分，以及 1 门学校教学实践课程 8 学分，总

共 44 学分。教学模式包含面对面授课和线上授课两种方式进行，授课媒介语为马来语或英语，
教学实践的媒介语可使用中文。学校鼓励未具教专资历的老师报读此课程，详情请见附件。

3. 报读对象和学分费的资助：
（i） 未具教专资历的正式教师
（ii） 每位教师可申请育才奖学金 RM5000 补助、董总将提供教专资助金 RM1000，学校资

助 RM7000。若在修读期间需重修某学科，重修费用老师须自行承担。
（iii）老师在完成课程后须留在循中服务4年。

Re: Diploma Pendidikan Lepasan Ijazah (DPLI) by Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI)
The United Chinese School Committees’ Association of Malaysia (Dong Zong) and New Era
University College have cooperated with Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) to provide Diploma
Pendidikan Lepasan Ijazah (DPLI) to improve the professionalism and teaching quality of teachers in
Chinese Independent Secondary School as well as to cultivate teachers to achieve educational
qualifications.
2. This diploma programme includes 11 compulsory courses for 36 credit hours, and 1 teaching
practice course for 8 credit hours, ending up with a total of 44 credits. This programme will be
conducted through face-to-face and online lessons with Bahasa Malaysia and English as the medium of
instruction, while the teaching practice can be completed with Chinese Language. We encourage
teachers who are without educational qualifications to enroll in this programme.
3. Application conditions and subsidizing information:
(i) Open to all permanent contract teachers that are without educational qualifications.
(ii) Every qualified applicant can apply for a scholarship from Yu Cai Foundation that costs
RM5000. Applicants will get sponsorship from Dong Zong that costs RM1000 and from our
school that costs RM7000 as well. Applicants need to bear the fees of retaking courses during
the programme if there is any.
(iii) Upon completion, teachers will need to contribute and serve our school for 4 years.
