- The court system in Japan consist of summary,court, district courts, family court, high court
and the supreme court of Japan. For criminal cases, a three-her court system is used: a
summary or district court (second instance) and finally,the supreme court (appeal)
- All criminal cases are heard and determined in ordinary judicial tribunals. All courts in Japan
are incorporated into a unitary natural judicial system. There are five types of courts: The
supreme court, high court, district court, family court, and summary court.
- The national police agency is administered by the national public safely commission , thus
ensuring that japan’s police are an apolitical body and free of direct central government
executive control. They are checked by an independent judiciary and monitored by a free
and active press.
- The prime minister ‘ president in Japan is Fumio Kishida, replacing Yoshihide Suga on 4
October 2021 . As of 18 November 2022, there have been 102 prime minister
- Japan’s military, known as the self-defence forces, has approximately 231,000 personel
