IDENTIFICATION OF LECTURE ROOMS IN THE NEW LIBRARY

BUILDING – OLD WING

Please be informed that the lecture room labels/names indicated in the Master
timetable are not identical to the labels/names currently existing in the new
library, especially in the old wing. If your lecture session venue is in the new
library building, please look at the following table that likely may help you to
identify your lecture venue.

NOTE:

1. Lecture rooms marked ‘LP II’ means library phase II (new wing), where
‘BF = Basement Floor’, ‘GF = Ground Floor’, and ‘FF = First Floor’.
2. All big lecture rooms, including CoSTE 1, 2, and 3, have been fixed up
with new projectors and projector screens, all using the remote control.
If you encounter difficulties using it, please do not hesitate to contact
your colleague who knows for help or a technician for quick assistance.
