AFFIDAVIT OF NO RENTAL

I ____________________ of legal age, Filipino citizen and resident of #603 Purok 6, Tikay, City of
Malolos Bulacan, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am owner of Infinity Data Consultancy Inc.

2. That I conduct operations at # 9192 Purok 4, Tikay City of Malolos, Bulacan
3. That the owner of the property where my business is located is my brother.
4. That Oliver C. Punongbayan is my brother. As such he does not require me to pay rent
for the use of his property.
5. That in view of this my brother ‘s generous accommodation, I am not paying any rental
for the use of his property for commercial purposes.
6. As such, I execute this affidavit in truth for whatever legal I purpose it may serve.

2. That Ma. Catherine P. Delos Reyes is the owner of a business known as Infinity Data
Consultancy Inc.
3. That Infinity Data Consultancy Inc conduct business operations at #9192 Purok 4,
Tikay, City of Malolos, Bulacan;
4. That I allowed my sister Ma. Catherine P. Delos Reyes to use the above-mentioned lot
as office of Infinity Data Consultancy Inc. without any compensation. In view of my
generous accommodation, Ma. Catherine P. Delos Reyes is under no obligation to pay
any rental fee for the use of my property for their office.
5. As, such, I execute this Affidavit in truth for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
