Students
Last date for online submission of project report is 30th November 2022
1. For ODMBA-309 S (Seminar-III), student can select any one topic as per list given at page no. 3.
2. Students need to contact the Course Coordinator during PCP classes for taking advise to finalize
content for submission of project report followed by making a power point presentation on the same
topic.
3. Students are required to submit type written Project Report prepared using MS Word is single PDF
File of a minimum of 30 pages (in soft copy only) on selected topics, on or before the 30th
November 2022.
4. After submission of a project report students need to make a power point presentation of 7 minutes
duration before an examiner/ committee on a topic he/she has submitted the project report.
5. The Directorate will publish a date and schedule for the Seminar.
6. As per the scheme this seminar is having 4 credits (100 marks) so submission of project report and
making a presentation before an examiner/committee is mandatory.
7. Those students who will not make a presentation as per schedule they will be considered absent in
and no marks will be given.
8. Candidates will have to submit the project report within the stipulated time only in online mode only
and bring the hard copy of the same on a day of final presentation
9. Candidates are strongly advised to do their research on their respective topic (assigned to them) and
submit the project report in their own words.
10. Candidates are required to scan the signed copy the project report and upload as a Single PDF file
on the Project Submission Link (as specified above Link :
https://forms.gle/mcbjwnKAhUeUpxWM9 ). The maximum file size per PDF is 10MB.
Email submission is not allowed and will not be consider for evaluation.
11. You MUST Rename your files as your Name_Last four digits of your Student ID plus subject code.
12. The Candidate needs to sign on the front page only.
13. The scanned files MUST be Clearly-Readable. This will be the responsibility of the respective
candidate to ensure the file is Readable and not blurry/shaky (even after taking the print).
14. In case the candidate fails to comply with these norms, his/her project report is liable to be Rejected.
15. Upon successful submission of the project, the candidates will receive a confirmation message on
their respective/registered email ids. In case there’s no automated message received by the candidate;
he/she should inform the Directorate immediately for further assistance (odl@gndu.ac.in).
