Dear Parent,
Greetings from CHIREC!
Hope you have received the Progression Exam 1 syllabus, timetable, the paper pattern and the
revision schedule. Students have all geared up for Progression Exam 1. The first revision session went
off well and most of the children could attempt the paper within the given time.
Please ensure that your ward attends all the classes during the revision week.

A few points to note:

 Children must join the Examination Channel of their respective class teams by 08:45 a.m.
Attendance will be taken.
 Students are advised to have a wholesome breakfast prior to the exams. A water bottle to be
placed near his/her workstation.
 Children should be seated in a place where there is silence, and they are undisturbed.
 The exam starts at 09:00 a.m.
 The camera must be turned on throughout the duration of the paper and Microphone
must remain muted. Please fix the technical issues if any.
 Children should not be moving out of their place through the duration of the paper.
 Children will log out only when the teacher receives both Paper 1 and Paper 2 from
them (For Stages 4 and 5). They must wait till the teacher confirms.
 Children must attempt the papers independently, parent help or help from other sources
(notebooks, textbooks, Google) will not be accepted. MARKS WILL NOT BE AWARDED
IN SUCH INSTANCES.
 Regular classes and additional help classes will not happen during the entire examination
period.
 A mail must be sent to the class teacher and the headmistress
(primary.intl@chirec.ac.in) immediately, if the child is unable to join or in case of any
technical issue.
