Synopsis / Summary

This lab is using The Windows 10 Administration Lab Series to assist in learning fundamental
skills, based on the administration and management of a Windows 10

Client.

Lab Work (Screen caps with descriptions at least 6 screen captures)

Accessing advanced settings

System properties opened. Then, I went to the advanced tab where I selected “settings’.

When settings is clicked the performance options pop up.

Inserted new minimum and maximum values.

Then, selected no page file for the :C drive.

Reflection

I learned how to change the virtual memory and how to locate it. I also learned how to change
the minimum and maximum values. Also, how to remove page files. This can be applied to other
areas because it can allow someone to remove page files they might not want. I might want to
have more virtual memory in order to run a game, so I might change the virtual memory in order
to view it and maybe run it.
