• Preparation of information memorandum,
• preparation of project reports,
• Analysis of Financial statements, computation of ratios, computation of working capital
gap and Drawing power,
• Computation of MBPF- Minimum Permissible Bank finance analytical review of critical and
extraordinary items.
• Field visits, bank visits, bank coordination filling the bank formats for MSME/Large
corporate loan,
• Coordination with the bank credit teams and promoters finance team
• Preparation of documents and submission of the same to the banks and financial
institutions
• Responses to the queries of the loan, bank filed visits
Job Qualification CA and/or MBA Finance graduate with relevant experience in Credit
• Ability to understand the business/sector of the clients
• Good understanding of Fund-based & non-fund based loan
• Practical Experience in preparing CMA data/ project reports
• Comfortable with Fieldwork as coordination with Banks/Financial institutions, finance team,
Preference client/promoters requires travelling Pan India
Office timing 9.30A.M. to 6 P.M . Monday to Saturday
