1. Power On / Off
1.1 Power on
* Connect machine to AC 220V power supply with ground.
* Check emergency stop, if not pressed need clockwise rotate to release.
* Clockwise rotate key switch, then powered on.

1.2 Power off

* Click “Power”, showing a “Hint”, choose “Yes” to shut down system.

* Counterclockwise rotate key switch to disconnect power
* Unplug
Note: Must be in order!
Don’t unplug directly, will easy to cause damage to the screen
2. Operations
2.1 Editing of file
* Import of LOGO file, Click on “vector”, find the file, select and click “confirm”.

* Size modification, If too large, click “zoom-” below

* Click X or Y to modify size ( recommended to modify Y)

* Click “area“, check LOGO showing well or not.

* Edit Text, Click "text", showing editing page.

* Directly click “edit” to modify. If there is no text, click “text” on right side to add.

* Click date, select a suitable format, click OK.

* Click “ time”, choose a suitable format and click OK

* If need a serial number: click “sequence”, set parameters, click OK

* Click on the fixed text, click OK after modify

* If need Timer Jump Code, click " Shift", set parameters and click “confirm”.

* Edit Font
Click “font” on the right, showing “font preview”, one is single line, another is TTF fonts
(TTF fonts can be filled). Select a suitable one.

* Click "apply all" on the right after modified, to make.all contents.fonts.be same.

* Move Content, Click content, adjust “step” parameter, click four arrows (up and down,
left and right) to move. (step: unit of every move, larger value, faster movement)

* Filled in words, Click “sel-all” or select content to be filled individually, click “Fill” to
showing Fill Setting page.

* Choose "Fill Enable", “space” is generally 0.1, “Angle” is 90 degrees, click OK

* Document saving, Click “Save” above, give file a name and click.”confirm”.

2.2 Other settings

* Extrusion line direction setting and change
Blue arrow is the direction of line. Click “flow line” below: select “right to left”

Blue arrow is the direction line, Click “flow line” below: select “left to right”

* Focal length adjustment, Normal field lens is 210-150, distance from product surface
to bottom of black lens around 220mm, adjust up and down slightly, to make best effect.

* Marking position
Click "red light", red indication box will appear on product, which is where laser marking.

If marking position is not on product, adjust in two ways below.
* Adjust by mechanical (front/rear and up/down);
* Adjust upper/lower position of document in software, check red box indicated on
product or not.

3. Login
* Technician Password Login
Login password: 1111111
Permissions: operate "mode", "pipeline", "encoder", "pen number", "other"
Note:Not required Login for regular operations, don’t change relevant settings.
