DISTRICT MONITORING AND EVALUATION OF GULAYAN SA PAARALAN PROGRAM (GPP)

This District

1. In compliance to the Division Memorandum No. 301 s. 2022 and Division Memo 391 s. 2022 of the
Division Search for Best Implementer in Gulayan sa Paaralan Program (GPP) for SY 2022 – 2023, this office
shall conduct District GPP Monitoring and Evaluation to all elementary and secondary schools on
October 10 – 14, 2022.

2. This aims to:

a. Evaluate the status and effectiveness of Gulayan sa Paaralan Program Implementation to all schools;
b. document the best practices of the implementation of schools in the district;
c. give technical assistance in the implementation of the program; and
d. select the entry schools for the Municipal Level Search of Best GPP Implementer.

3. Below are the list of the school and the assigned District monitoring and evaluation team:

5. Transportation and other expenses of the personnel who shall conduct the onsite monitoring and
evaluation activity is chargeable against the school MOOE and other local funds subject to the usual
accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

6. Immediate dissemination and appropriate action of this Memorandum is desired.
