    Dear Department Manager Guemo,

    Greetings!

    This is in regard with my request for a refund of the cash bond I posted. Please be
    informed that on 19 September 2022 I ceased from operating the lotto outlet under my
    name.

    With this, may I respectfully request for the cash bond I posted in the amount of One
    Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php100,000.00) relevant to the Agreement between me and
    Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office.
