Overview of where we are
• Phase 1 has been running for 9 months and some great success stories
• Scoped Digital Ninjas 2.0, that looks at:
o Ensuring SLT are aware of and using our core internal tools / digital initiatives
o Driving a monthly update on new product launches and embedding ninjas as key comms channel for SLT
o Get SLT more active on social – Yammer internally and becoming a brand ambassadors externally
• Updated all learning material and created new Learning path on Vodafone U
• Launched Ninjas 2.0 at SLT conference with a new video
• Global launch to all markets of Ninjas 2.0 through Ninjas leads on 13th July
• Some markets are taking it bigger – e.g. Group are rolling this out to E bands and making it part of Discover onboarding
What next…
• Hands on with markets to check activity and progress – understand how many ninjas are active
• Ongoing market calls and Yammer group to share best practice – monthly spotlight on a market. Lots of great stuff
going on, but need to get them to be more vocal

Digital Survey 2016 results
• We ran a digital survey with our SLT to understand how digitally savvy they were
(June 2016) and what areas they needed to focus on
• A similar survey was run this year, showing a great improvement across all areas

Focus for Ninjas 2.0
Objective of the next phase of ninjas is to:
1. Keep our SLT up-to-date and using our Vodafone tools: ROADMAP
• Make sure SLT are aware of all our core internal and external tools – from Vodafone U and to OneDrive
• Monthly launch focus on upcoming tools – what is it, how to use it and why do our employees need to know about it?
2. Enable our SLT to take control of their internal and external ONLINE PROFILES
3. Ninjas to continue to share their ways of working/tackling things and ask questions of their SLT
