JOB-ORDER CONTRACT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Job Contract is executed by and between:

DepEd - Division of Northern Samar, with office address at Mabini St., Brgy. Acacia, Catarman, Northern Samar,
represented by its Schools Division Superintendent LANI H. CERVANTES, hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY-and-

VON MICHAEL DUBLIN, of legal age, single, and a resident of Catarman, Northern Samar, hereinafter referred to as
the SECOND PARTY;
WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is in need of contractual personnel that will do lump sum work or such functions which
are not performed by the regular personnel of the Division;

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY has not been previously dismissed from the service due to the commission of an
administrative offense, nor she is covered by the rules on nepotism;

WHEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, the parties herein agree as follows:

1. That the SECOND PARTY shall perform JOB ORDER works, tasks and function which must be NOT PART of the job
description of regular /permanent employees of DepEd Northern Samar, including those works, tasks and
functions which are determined to be gaps in the job description of existing regular/permanent employees of
the agency (per COA-DBM Joint Circular No. 2, s. 2020 dated October 20, 2020)

2. That the SECOND PARTY shall be under supervision and control of the Office of the Schools Division Superintendent
and shall be directly supervised under the Office of the Administrative Officer

3. That the SECOND PARTY shall perform the following tasks and functions subject to review of the Administrative Officer:

a. Provide Support Services to the Office of the SGOD – Social Mobilization regular personnel such as but not
limited to data encoding, copy machine operation, messenger works, equipment maintenance and ground
maintenance, and other support services that support the day-to-day operations of the Office/Agency.

b. Perform such other works as may be assigned by the Administrative Officer or the Schools Division
Superintendent

4. That for the rendition of the aforementioned functions, the FIRST PARTY shall pay the SECOND PARTY the amount of
Four Hundred Pesos (P400.00) per day to be paid on a monthly basis subject to the availability of funds as certified by
the Finance Section of the Division;

5. That this contract shall be effective from July 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022.

6. That this contract may be renewed by a subsequent contract between the parties for the interest of the service and/or for
valid reasons. The FIRST PARTY may also choose to terminate this contract even prior to its expiration;

7. That this contract shall cease to be in force and effect in the event of the dissolution of the FIRST PARTY, or for
unsatisfactory performance of work by the SECOND PARTY, or for such other cause as may be provided by the law;

8. That the SECOND PARTY shall not enjoy the benefits enjoyed by government employees, such as PERA, ACA and
RATA;

9. That the services rendered under this contract shall not be considered as government services;

10. That no employer-employee relationship exists between the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY;
