Re: Work Done on LCT Intermarine 1

Herewith are the accomplished works for Hotwotks/Repair of the vessel LCT Intermarine 1
and the scope of works as follows:

A. Docking and Undocking


a. Date dry-docked: February 13, 2022
b. Date un-docked: March 30, 2022
c. Hull and keel blocks preparation.
i. Hull blocks: 92 sets
d. Shifting of hull and keel blocks in way of painting.

B. General Services
a. Supplied shore power using 220V AC during duration of repair.
b. Provide fire watchman.
c. Provide security watchman.

C. Hull Preservations
a. Surface Preparations
i. Scrapping of barnacles and marine growth in underwater area.

D. Sandblasting and Painting Works


a. From bottom to waterline. (Port/Stbd)
i. Carried out sandblasting to SA 1.0/SA 2.5 (70% Spot; 30% Sweep).
ii. Applied two (2) touch-up coat of SigmaPrime 200 Grey.
iii. Applied one (1) full coat of Sigma EcoFleet 290S Redbrown.
iv. Applied two (2) full coats of Sigma Ecol IV Redbrown.

b. Topside Area
i. Carried out sandblasting to SA 1.0/ SA 2.5 (45% Spot; 55% Sweep)
ii. Applied touch-up coat of SigmaPrime 200 Grey.
iii. Applied one (1) full coat of SigmaCover 350 Blue.
E. Hull Markings
a. Repainted on the following marks:
i. Draft marks
1. At forward, port and starboard side
2. At aft, port and starboard side
3. At midship, port and starboard side
ii. Ship Name
1. At forward, port and starboard side
iii. Port of Registry
1. At aft, transom
F. Sea chest
a. Removed, grated scrape, cleaned and applied one coat of owner’s paint and refit
only.
b. Blasted sea chest box (P/S).
c. Installation of anodes (P/S).

G. Hull Inspection and Repair


a. Hammer-tested and inspected hull and marked suspected weak plates.
b. Spot-sanded and ultrasonic thickness gauging of hull.
c. Removed and renewed zinc anodes.
d. Cropped out and replate deteriorated/dented hull plate @ Forward (Port&Stbd),
Topside plate (Stbd Side), Aft top side plate including bulwark (Port&Stbd).
e. Relocate and align internal pulley of ramp.
f. Fix bended ramp.
g. Modification of fairlead roller guide for anchor cable @ Aft (P/S).
h. Crop-out and align bended side bulwark @ Aft (Stbd Side).
i. Crop-out deck plate in way of access for pull-out stock water on ballast tanks
and install back after.

H. Underwater Works
a. Tailshaft (P/S)
i. Measured bearing clearance.
ii. Draw out tailshaft then reinstall.
iii. Mobilize to check straightness and re-install after.
iv. Skim-off bronze sleeve, inboard and outboard.
v. Conducted blue fitting of coupling to tailshaft taper ends.
b. Propeller (P/S)
i. Cleaned and polished propeller in place (P/S).
ii. Pulled-out for inspection then re-installed after.

c. Rudder (P/S)
i. Take rudder pintle and stock bearing clearance.
ii. Removed Rudder blade for Survey and Re-install.
iii. Cementing of rudder flange.
iv. Aligning of skeg (P/S)
v. Repair dis-aligned connecting rod
